As every crafter knows, even the best yarn can get tangled sometimes. And well… our new website launch? Let’s just say it didn’t cast on quite as smoothly as we hoped.
We want to say a heartfelt thank you to all of you for your patience, kindness, and understanding while we try to sort out a few knots in our newly launched site.
Yes, we know. The page has been slow at times. Some products have crashed or refused to load. And in some cases, you couldn’t even place your order. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.
We’re still working hard to figure out exactly what’s going wrong — and we promise, our tech team is untangling this yarn mess one strand at a time. The weirdest part? The issues don’t happen to all products or all users, which makes it even trickier to trace. But we’re on it.

The site is working and orders can be placed, but some areas might misbehave. If you’re trying to order a specific yarn and can’t access it or get an error at checkout, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
